Opel offers a circular economy range called SUSTAINera, which aims to maintain your vehicle with quality products, whilst acting on carbon footprint by reducing the use of raw materials. Opel SUSTAINera works by:
- Remanufacturing parts: spare, used or defective parts are recovered, disassembled, cleaned and reconditioned according to the manufacturer’s specifications, with the same warranty as the original parts. Examples of these parts include engines, gearboxes, turbos, injectors, clutches, alternators, starters, traction batteries for electric vehicles. Our Remanufactured Parts offer the same performance, quality and warranty as the original parts.
- Repairing parts: your Authorised Repairer is able to offer you used parts to repair your vehicle. Some parts of your vehicle can be repaired and reassembled after repair. Examples include electronic parts, automatic transmissions, and traction batteries for electric and hybrid vehicles. Our repaired parts come with a 2-year warranty.
- Reused parts: Original parts that are recovered from end-of-life vehicles are Reused Parts, to include bodywork parts, mechanics, electronic and electrical parts. They are guaranteed for 2 years and are the ideal solution for an eco-responsible purchase.
