The following terms and conditions apply to the Opel Ireland giveaway in collaboration with Discover Dublin, Dublin Social, Cork Beo and Galway Now. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

 

The prize consists of the following:

       - A 2 Night Bed and Breakfast with 1 Evening Meal in Lyrate Estate Kilkenny from 06/09/2024 – 08/09/2024.

 

 

 - The competition runs until 5th August 2024.

 

 - The competition is open to all in the Republic of Ireland.

 

 - To have a chance to win, you must take a test drive of an Opel Astra/Mokka Electric through a member of the

    Opel Dealer Network, booked via the online Test Drive form.

 

 - No cash alternative is applicable: Prize winners may only win the already shown prizes.

 

 - Opel Ireland and the afforementioned media outlets reserve the right to withdraw the Offer, either generally

     or in respect of any particular customer, at any time and to vary or amend any element of the Offer at any

     time without further notice.

 

 - These terms and conditions may be varied or amended by Opel Ireland and  the afforementioned media

     outlets for any valid commercial, technical or operational reason.

 

 - If you enter into the competition, you agree that we may use your personal details to administer and

     run this offer.

 

 - The vehicles must be maintained to the high standards that they have been received in. On return

     to Opel Ireland, vehicles will be assessed for damage.

 

 - Drivers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full Irish Driving License and their own insurance.

    An insurance declaration must be signed and a hard copy including a copy of the drivers' license

    kept on file by Opel Ireland in accordance with GDPR regulations.

 

 - Driver will be responsible for any costs associated with the vehicle for these days such as but

    not limited to tolls, parking fines, speeding fines etc.
